Service & Fee

  • Individual Counseling（60 min）10,000-12,000 yen
  • Couple Counseling（90 min）15,000 yen

Opening hours

From Monday to Sunday 9:00 to 20:00 (last session slot)

  • Available dates and times vary depending on counselors.
  • We may close due to national holidays, year-end season, academic conference, professional training, etc.

Appointment

  1. Please fill out your information on the Counseling Appointment form and submit it.
  2. One of our counselors will contact you by e-mail or phone within 2-3 business days. 
  3. An appointment is made by confirming an appointment time with one of our counselors.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email contact@ieft.jp before the scheduled appointment. 
  • We charge 100% of the original fee for cancellation without prior notice or for failure to show up to a scheduled appointment. We will not charge you in the case of disaster or sudden illness.
  • We generally do not extend the scheduled session time. If you are late for an appointment, please contact us immediately. 

Other notes

  • There is no waiting space in our office. Please arrive 5 minutes before the appointment time.
  • If you are consulting a doctor, please make an appointment with your doctor's permission.
  • If our counseling service is judged to be not suitable for your mental health needs, we may recommend other appropriate services.
  • Our counseling service is not a medical practice, so we are not subject to public medical insurance.
